Your questions about FD membership

How do I know if my company has a licence in place already?

If your fund group has taken a licence and you’ve been selected internally to be a user, you would have received an email from us with your login details. If you have not received your login details, please check your SPAM folder. If you’re unsure, please reach out to a member of our team at support@fundintelligence.global.

Are there restrictions on how Fund Directions content can be used?

Premium members can share content internally without fear of breaching their licensing agreement or our terms & conditions. Essential users are restricted on what they can share and with whom, with only named users allowed to access content. Any other unauthorized sharing of content is in breach of our terms & conditions.

Does Fund Directions offer discounted rates for individuals/consultants?

Fund Directions is designed with team or group access in mind, and typically sold with a minimum of 10 users. If you wish to discuss bespoke options potentially available for single or small-group users, please contact us at support@fundintelligence.global.

I used to be able to download the Digital PDF, but now I am told I don’t have access.

Only premium members have access to the digital editions of the publication. If you’re an essential user, you will need to upgrade your membership in order to access these editions.

I am no longer receiving the email newsletters I used to receive.
