Fund Directions has named Susan Kerley, independent chair of the MainStay Funds and independent director of the Legg Mason Partners Funds, its 2009 Trustee of the Year and Edward Burke Carey, chairman of the Fifth Third Funds, as Small Board Trustee of the Year.
