Commissioners Grouse Over Lack Of Resources





 



Mary Schapiro  The theme in many of the speeches at the Mutual Find Directors Forum's 9th Annual Policy Conference in Washington, D.C. last month regarding the Securities and Exchange Commission, from Chairman Mary Schapiro, right down through Andrew "Buddy" Donohue, director of the Division of Investment Management, was that the SEC does not really have the resources to get done what it needs to.
